Ipsalu Tantra Kriya Yoga is a wonderful practice and we choose to facilitate it , out of honor, respect and gratitude. We have experienced profound transformation, growth and healing.
It is our pleasure and privilege to share it with You.
Through this practice we learn to transmute the powerful life force
in sexual energy through divine love at the Heart
center to experience and Live in Bliss.
We learn to embrace every part of our "self",
even the shadows and love ourselves unconditionally.
By recognizing and stimulating our inherent sensual spirituality, we discover parts
of ourselves that have remained asleep or have been repressed through
western society. With Tantra an energy is released that is evolutionary
and "upwardly motivated". We learn to use this energy for pleasure,
for manifesting our purpose, and achieving Inner Bliss.

Tantra teaches us to be a Witness to the drama of our life from the past or in the present.
We learn to live in Witness Consciousness.
When we watch our life like a movie, without judgment, we are able to take responsibility for everything including all relationships in our lives, realizing every person in our life is our teacher and the example of what we Love about ourselves or a Shadow side that needs healing.
Being in the Witness gives us the Freedom to Heal our Past and Awaken to our Truth.
Being and living in full awareness of our mystical nature, our boundaries expand.
Through this expansion we attain Liberation through Love!
We become empowered, more fulfilled and realize we are perfect, having the innate power to create everything. And with that power, transmute the negative energy with Divine Love.
We Honor the light and love within ourselves and every human being,
